Retail orders ship out from our studio within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been received for your order.
If items is custom made to order, it will ship out within 4-6 weeks of our receipt of your order.
All orders ship via Fastways or Courier Guy . Once the package has been shipped, Ruby Ruth Bags is not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact us for any issues regarding your shipment.
Due to Covid-19, We apologize for any delays and are doing our best to get everything shipped in a timely manner.
If your shipment comes back to our studio for any reason, we can ship out again for an additional shipping fee. To avoid returned shipments, please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout or get in touch with us before your order ships. Once the shipment goes out the door, we are not able to adjust shipments or delivery addresses.
Online orders can be picked up from our studio by appointment. To pick up your order, select local pick up instead of shipping at check-out. We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.
Ruby Ruth is not responsible for loss or damage to packages in transit. To file a damage claim, You may need to retain the package until the claim is approved. A separate order will need to be placed to replace damaged goods. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
